Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We are currently shipping everywhere worldwide!

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We are always trying our best to ship your order out on time. Our current processing times are 3-5 business days.

 

I used the wrong address, how can I change it?

If you just placed an order and used an incorrect address please contact us and we will be able to change it. If your order has already been shipped there is nothing more we can do.

 

What is your return policy?

At the moment, we are not currently only accepting returns or exchanges within Australia. If you have an issue with your order please contact us

 

How do I wash my shirt/sweatshirt?

I never received an order confirmation email…

If you placed an order and never received a confirmation email, double check that the email address you used is correct. If your email address is correct, please contact us we will be able to resend you one.

 

Will I have to pay duty or customs fees?

If your order is being shipped internationally, you may have to pay duty or customs fees. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for paying these fees.
