Where is your boutique located?

We are proudly located in 339 Boundary St, West
End (4101), Brisbane.

Can I try on dresses before hiring?

Absolutely! You can book a fitting appointment
at West End through our online booking system.

How long can I keep a dress for?

Our usual hire period is 3 days. If you
require a longer rental, please reach out to us via Instagram before booking.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs depending on availability.

Do you ship dresses?

No, at present we do not offer shipping. All
try-ons, pick-ups, and drop-offs are available only at our West End location.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Please double-check your booking details
before confirming, as we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel, please
notify us as soon as possible. Store credits may be granted under exceptional
circumstances at our discretion.

Who is responsible for cleaning the dresses?

We take care of all cleaning to ensure your
dress is returned fresh and ready for the next hire. Please do not attempt
to clean the dress yourself, as improper cleaning may cause damage.

What if there are creases in the dress?

We clean and steam all the dresses before we send them. If you receive your dress with slight creases- please DO NOT IRON.
Please steam it on low heat with a clothes steamer or hang it in your bathroom
while you shower, the steam will help remove creases.

What if I accidentally damage a dress?

If any damage occurs, please inform us
immediately. We will evaluate the situation and arrange repairs if possible.
Repair or extra cleaning fees may apply. For damages beyond repair, the full
retail price will be charged.

What happens when I pick up my dress?

When you pick up the dress, we will inspect it together to confirm it is in perfect condition before your rental.

How does dress collection and return work?

You will collect your dress on the first day
of your booking and return it on the third day. Times are within certain hours
and days, confirm on day of booking.  Late returns will incur a fee of $20
per day.
